  3. Renewing and Revitalizing Organizations

    Organizations and churches must stay “young” in order to be transforming agents in communities and the world. This workshop explores the “aging process” in organizations and how to diagnose the organization’s stage in a lifecycle. Participants will gain tools and processes to enable them to bring renewal and vibrancy to their churches and organizations.
  4. The SUMO Guide to Inspiring Leadership and Fruitful Relationships

    What are the basic elements of a strategic plan? Learn how to reflect on personal gifts and talents; use religious traditions to articulate life vision, mission and values; and examine spiritual and corporate techniques for making high quality “strategic choices” for important life decisions such as marriage, career changes, or retirement.
